Additional Notes: In February 2013 it was reported that the project was behind schedule and not expected to open until the second quarter of 2014. The High Roller observation wheel is 550 feet tall. There are 28 cabins capable of holding up to 40 people at one time resulting in a seating capacity of 1120 passengers. The duration of the ride is 30 minutes, resulting in a total capacity of 2240 people per hour.
